The website and Class Manager — the software, its screens and design, the printed sheets and report cards, the wording, instructions and lists, and the Peace & Harmony name and seal — are © 2026 Peace & Harmony Consulting, LLC. All rights reserved.

You may use Class Manager to teach and run your own classes, and print its sheets for your own classroom and school. You may not copy, resell, rent out, publish or share the software or its designs; take it apart or rebuild it; collect its content by automatic means; or use it to make a competing product.

Your account opens as soon as you sign up. Please give true details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one person.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm others. Price: free until January 1, 2027, and every teacher receives a seven-day trial after the free period, or when first subscribing afterward; after that $9.99 per teacher per month. We will give notice before any price change.

The class and student information you enter stays yours. We keep it only to run Class Manager for you, it is seen only by you, your school’s principal, and anyone you choose to share a class with, and we do not sell it. You may ask us at any time to give you a copy or to delete it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

You are responsible for having your school’s permission to keep its students’ information in Class Manager, and for what you enter. Please don’t enter information you aren’t allowed to keep, such as card or bank numbers.

Requests sent through the website (music bookings, consultations, products, Wi-Fi rentals) are requests only, until we confirm them. A performance agreement you sign electronically through our link is a binding agreement between you and us, on the terms written in it.

A few parts come from others and stay theirs, under their own free licenses: the Hebrew calendar and learning schedules (Hebcal), the Torah-scroll lettering (the Stam Ashkenaz CLM font from the Culmus project), and web fonts from Google Fonts.

We work hard to keep everything correct and running, but the site and Class Manager are provided as they are. Please check important results (grades, dates, times, zmanim) yourself, and keep your own copies of anything you can’t lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using, or not being able to use, the site.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will let account holders know. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
