The Union
Every helper, at one table.
Doctors and natural healers, therapists, voice teachers, tutors, rabbanim, shadchanim and business advisors, coming together, not to compete but to help each other, so that whoever needs help finds the right one, the first time, and hears the truth.
One minute, with music and narration. Square, for WhatsApp and email.
Why we need it
Trial and error
One doctor, one healer, one teacher after another, with money, time and hope spent and no results.
Conflicting advice
Each one sees only their own field, and nobody tells you whose approach really fits you.
Competing, not helping
Professionals guard their clients instead of sending them to whoever can truly help.
One example: shidduchim
So many doors. Each one alone.
Think of a family looking for a shidduch today. There are dozens of shidduch websites, apps, lists and shadchanim, each built with care and good intentions, and each working on its own: its own profile to fill in, its own rules, its own fees, its own small corner of the picture.
So parents fill in the same details again and again. They don’t know which site is active, who is really looking, or where to turn next. Singles wait, and hearts grow tired. Not because anyone means harm, but because no one has brought it all together.
Imagine instead one page: every shadchan and every site sharing one honest system, working with each other instead of beside each other, so that every single is seen, and no one falls between the cracks.
This is just one field. The same story repeats in health, in chinuch, in parnassah and in counselling. It is time for all of us to ask our leaders, and ourselves, for one thing: come together.
A sample of what’s out there today
15 separate places one person signed up to, each with its own system, plus shadchanim and events. Shown with respect, as an example only.
An open invitation
To every shidduch site, shadchan, organization and askan: this platform is open to you. Not to replace anyone, but to sit at one table, share what works, and build one successful path together.
From someone living it
“Which one actually brings results, בס״ד? Do we need to track and rate each one separately?”
“Connect, heal hearts & make the world a better place.”
For anyone looking for help
Our goal: the right one, the first time
A vision we’re building together, one piece at a time, with every helper and volunteer who joins.
- 1Tell us
What you need, what you've tried, and the result you're hoping for. Privately.
- 2Matched
To one or two who truly fit, not a list of fifty. With the reason why.
- 3Honest from the start
Who they're best for, fees and what to expect, said up front.
- 4We keep helping
Not the right fit? Tell us, and we'll help you find another, at no charge.
For helpers and volunteers
Earn a living honestly. Grow together.
Clients who fit
People come to you because you're right for them, so results are better and word spreads.
The referral circle
Send people to whoever fits best, and receive the ones who fit you. Every referral is honored.
A seat at the table
A monthly round table with every field, and joint consults on the hard cases.
Grow in your field
Learn from mentors and from other fields; see the whole person, not one symptom.
Honored by name
Your name on the Wall of Honor, with the honors you earn by coming to the table.
Volunteers welcome
Hosting, driving, organizing, chesed: every hand counts, and is honored too.
Founding members join free. Every member agrees to the charter; no one can pay to be ranked higher: matches go only by who fits.
The Wall of Honor
Positive only. Those humble enough to come to the table, share and care are honored by name.
Among the first to come to the table
Refers people to whoever fits them best
Teaches and guides others in the field
Gives hours free to those who can't pay
Says “not me, him” when someone else fits better
Every field, at one table

We seek what is true and right for the person, not what is convenient, popular or profitable.
Fees, credentials and any interest of our own are told up front. No hidden commissions, no pressure.
Every board works hand in hand with the rabbinical board; halachic questions go to a rav.
We refer across fields and consult each other when a situation touches more than one: health, home, parnassah.
What people share stays private. Cases are discussed together only without names.
We follow up, accept feedback, and say so when something is outside our expertise.
Let’s stop the division and bring peace.
Come to the table: share what you know, care for the people who come, and help each other. Together we bring the truth, the help and the peace that prepare for the Geulah.
Members are independent professionals and volunteers who agreed to the charter; Peace & Harmony connects people and isn’t responsible for members’ services. In an emergency call 911 or Hatzalah.
