A family of baalei tefillah
Reb Pinye grew up in a family of baalei tefillah. His father has served for many years as rabbi and baal tefillah of a nursing-home shul, and as a young bachur Pinye began davening Shacharis for the Yamim Noraim at his side.
His grandfather, Rabbi Spiegel of Cedarhurst, fills his shul to capacity with mispallelim who come to hear his davening. His great-grandfather, the previous Pittsburgher Rebbe zy"a, was known as a great composer of chassidic masterpieces and a phenomenal, heartfelt baal tefillah with a masterful touch of chazanus.

Zemiros and niggunim for the seudah, or a full Shabbos as baal tefillah.
